North Lincolnshire Council 'Review of Contracted Services'

North Lincolnshire Council have issued a public notice that within 28 days from 10th February, a Key Decision will be made in relation to a 'Review of Contracted [Public Transport] Services'. Part, if not all, of the associated report is however exempt from being made available to the public.

I have not found any further information on the council website about what exactly is being considered.
