More Buses for Stamford Bridge

One service that I haven't done a very good job of monitoring has been First York's service 10 between Stamford Bridge, Dunnington, York and Poppleton. The route - which just serves the East Riding of Yorkshire at Stamford Bridge - had been operating every 40 minutes-ish Monday to Saturday daytimes, every hour-ish Monday to Saturday evenings and every 1 hour 15 minutes-ish on Sunday daytimes. I use 'ish' because of First's hideous AI timetabling that meant no even intervals; as an example from Stamford Bridge Monday to Friday post-peak had departures at 0906, 0946, 1020, 1101, 1142, 1217, 1259, 1338, 1416, 1459. Every 40 minutes isn't very memorable, add AI into the mix and it's exceptionally messy.

Positively however, First increased their frequencies from Sunday 31st May. Monday to Saturday daytimes are now every half hour, albeit on Saturdays and late afternoon Monday to Friday, intervals between journeys do slightly alter. For example from Stamford Bridge Saturday daytime departures are at 1111, 1141, 1211, 1241, 1311, 1342, 1412, 1442, 1509, 1539, 1611. Sunday daytimes are now every 1 hour 10 minutes-ish - the AI is still there - which provides an extra journey in each direction.

Not perfect, but a lot better than before. 

For background, East Yorkshire also provide a half hourly service via Dunnington into York Monday to Saturday daytimes and Friday and Saturday evenings, with an hourly service Monday to Thursday evenings and Sunday daytimes.
