East Yorkshire start the Summer timetable on their 12 and 13 'Coaster' branded services between Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough on Saturday 5th March. For Summer 2022, service 13 will newly serve Aquarium Top in Scarborough for access to the South Bay (apart from mid and late evening inbound services to Scarborough). Otherwise the 12 and 13 each remain hourly daily daytimes between Bridlington and Scarborough, supplemented by an hourly service 13 'short' between Filey and Scarborough. There is also an hourly daily early and mid evening service on route 13.

Hello, pleased to see a new post,l was beginning to think you had stopped doing the blog.Thank you for your informative site.
Hello, what's the story with the 45 and 45A York to Bridlington service? It's to be withdrawn soon apparently as that's what's been registered with the traffic commissioner, however conflicting reports suggest it'll be curtailed and diverted to Holme!
Not sure I'm afraid. I've only seen what has appeared on the VOSA website
New timetables for 45, 46 and new 145 are now on the EY website if you select a date from April 11 onwards.
45 is reduced to one return journey from Bridlington to York at 1655, returning at 1925, 45A is withdrawn and new 145 has four M-S return journeys from Driffield to Middleton-on-the-Wolds (which extend to Lund) and a pair M-F journeys from Driffield to Market Weighton at 0645 and MW to Driffield at 1740. There are some additional 46’s between York and MW to maintain the hourly frequency for most of the day, except that the 1425 ex York only runs as far as Pocklington and there is no 1525 ex MW.
Times on 46 from Holme-o-s-Moor are largely unchanged except that the 0630 ex Holme now runs at 0714 and runs in the former timings of the former 45A journey, departing Pock at 0750.
Good news for Lund, but bad news for anyone wanting a day out in Brid !
