'Up to' Every 20 Minutes

As part of it's service changes on 15th February, East Yorkshire Buses amended service 45 between Hull Paragon Interchange and Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham for "reliability". That meant the every 20 minute even interval Monday to Saturday daytime frequency now gaining some slightly longer gaps.

Taking Monday to Friday's from Paragon Interchange as an example, off peak daytime departures are 0917, 0937, 0957 then 1023, every 20 minutes to 1143, 1207, 1227, 1247, 1307 then 1337, 1357, 1417, 1437, 1500, 1530, 1550, 1617. Very much 'up to every 20 minutes' rather than 'every 20 minutes'.
